📦 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

🚚 Estimated Delivery

After processing, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Carrier or postal-service delays
Severe weather or holiday shipping volume
Customs processing, where applicable
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Events outside of our reasonable control

If you need an item for a specific occasion, we recommend placing your order early.

💰 Shipping Costs

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Dumpling Squishy is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at squishiesdumpling@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

📦 Returned or Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package may require an additional shipping payment before they can be resent.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🌍 International Shipping

If international shipping is available for your destination, any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times. Dumpling Squishy does not control these charges or delays.
