You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

For approved claims, we may offer:

• A replacement item, if available
• A full refund
• Return shipping covered by Dumpling Squishy, when a return is required

💭 Change-of-Mind Returns

If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
